Part of the furniture now Mandi originally came to Avery in 2002 as Office Administrator, taken a hiatus in 2008 to study her LLB (Hons) Law Degree she returned to Avery’s family in 2014 as Office Manager becoming Director in October 2016. Working within legal, estate agency and rental fields since 1991 Mandi offers vast experience and knowledge within many aspects of property.

Local Lynn joined Avery in 2020 as our Viewing Consultant. Lynn enjoys spending time with each viewer working out the potential of each property to meet the individual viewers requirements. With a keen eye of what properties have to offer Lynn’s insight and ideas are invaluable to both sellers and buyers

Joanne joined Avery’s, as Viewing Consultant, in 2021. Joanne has a creative flair and a great eye for interiors and is always happy to give her thoughts and guidance on what potential the properties have to offer. With her time being solely dedicated to viewings this allows Joanne, and her viewers, to take everything about a property in and not rush appointments.

Eva came to Avery’s in January 2020 and her feet have not touched the ground since!! Fully qualified to ARLA Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management in just 11 months, winning an award in recognition. Eva has taken Avery Lettings from strength to strength. Ensuring the smooth running of tenancies for both landlord and tenants.

Chelsea has recently joined Avery Lettings to assist with the growing number of managed rental properties Currently working towards her ARLA Level 2 Residential Letting and Property Management Award, Chelsea has already forged fantastic working relationships with current landlords and tenants alike. A real asset to Avery Lettings.
