Part of the furniture now Mandi originally came to Avery in 2002 as Office Administrator, taking a hiatus in 2008 to study her LLB (Hons) Law Degree she returned to Avery’s family in 2014 as Office Manager becoming Director in October 2016.

Working within legal, estate agency and rental fields since 1991 Mandi offers vast experience and knowledge within many aspects of property.

Eva came to Avery’s in January 2020 and her feet have not touched the ground since!! Fully qualified to ARLA Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management in just 11 months, winning “learner of the year” award in recognition.

Eva has taken Avery Lettings from strength to strength. Implementing many systems to ensure the smooth running of tenancies for both landlord and tenants.

Georgie joined Avery’s in September 2023 as an apprentice and is currently working towards her ARLA Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Georgie has already made good progress in striking up working relationships with current and new landlords and tenants.

Fully experienced in reporting to both landlords, tenants and liasing with contractors to ensure all maintenance requirements are completed.
