Used Avery Estate Agents to manage sale of a property local to their offices in Milton. As I did not live in the area I had to rely on them a great deal to manage the sale process for me. The level of communication was excellent - I was kept informed at every stage and Mandi and Max were responsive by phone and email whenever I had a query. I have just bought a property that Avery managed the sale of. Throughout the process, Avery were always happy to act as a go-between and answer any queries I raised. Whenever I had questions for the seller or wished for things to be chased, they always acted professionally and got answers in a very timely manner. Should I look to sell the property myself in the future, my experience in dealing with Avery means I would very likely seek to utilise them again for this purpose. They also kept me well informed of progress throughout this process, as a first time buyer this was very helpful.

Daren from Avery has been fantastic in helping us with the sale of our property! We had few bumps (some very stressful) in the road of buying and selling but he has gone above and beyond helping us out. Can’t fault Avery, Georgie has been so helpful. We have had so many problems with previous agent and Avery have been amazing. Their communication with landlords is great no 28 day waiting periods which has been an issue in the past. The house I’ve rented is in very clean and well look after, you can tell they ensure they provide the best properties and care about their tenants.

Buying and selling property is a very stressful and daunting experience, but both Daren Podbury and his assistant Max Burton from Avery have been helpful, extremely supportive and guiding me along every step of the way to sell my property. They have always had such a positive attitude towards helping to sell my property and Daren even arranged to have a replacement lock fitted for me whilst I was away. I highly recommend them to deal with the sale or purchase of your properties especially as they not only sold the property to me, they assisted with the sale - they are the best!

From start to finish, the whole process of selling our house, was seamless. Avery could not do enough, not just for us, but also our buyer, and also liaising for us with our respective solicitor's, which helped speed up the process, and to shield us from any stress, normally associated with selling/buying a home. The marketing of our property was superb. Our property was sold and completed within SIX weeks. The knowledge and experience demonstrated, by the owners and staff with Avery's, was outstanding. Avery's achieved a sale with the first viewing. However we were in quite a long chain which took several months to get to completion, including a buyer further down the chain pulling out. Daren and the team kept us and our solicitors informed at all times and guided the transaction towards a successful completion.

Faultless service from Eva and the team at Avery’s! Eva’s visit to the rental property was scheduled for two days after my initial enquiry. The support and guidance she provided was both helpful and very welcome; we only have one such property so are relative novices. It was quickly advertised, leading to several viewings and offers; again guidance as to tenant suitability was appreciated. Therefore everything else went very smoothly, references, inventory and key handover. I really can’t think of anything that could have been improved upon. Thank you for a great service; highly recommended.

Avery have let and managed our property since March 2020 when we left the UK for 12 months in Australia to be with family. Due to Covid we are still enjoying life here and have continued to use them.
