Our lettings department is headed by fully qualified Lettings Negotiator, Eva Ferdinando, who is fully supported by the entire Avery’s team of local, knowledgeable members of staff. Eva fully understands the needs of both Landlord’s and Tenants and the importance of personal communication between all parties throughout a tenancies duration.

Mandi Gollicker

oversees the lettings department and is a Director at Avery’s. Mandi gained her LLB (Hons) Law Degree in 2013 and offers vast experience within all areas of property transactions – both sales and lettings. Propertymark Level 3 In Residential Letting and Propertymark Management qualified Mandi ensures that her continual professional development always exceeds the bare minimum required keeping abreast of all industry updates.

Eva Ferdinando

heads the letting department, is qualified to ARLA Propertymark Level 3 being the Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. As a member of ARLA Eva will be required to remain up to speed with all legislation and industry implementations and changes and will continue to demonstrate and retain this qualification by carrying out at least 12 hours of continuing professional development per year.
